Angela Ligotti has been a competitive dancer for the past 14 years, winning numerous 1st place and special awards. Five years ago, she decided to take all she had learned from her dance experience, and bring it into the classroom where she shares her love and knowledge of dance with others. Since then, she has been teaching ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop to children of all ages. Angela is also a well-known and loved teacher at several summer day camps around Brooklyn. Over the years, her award-winning choreography has won many special awards such as the, “Pure Artistry” award. Her love for the art truly reflects through her choreography, and her passion for teaching is undeniable. In addition, Angela specializes in teaching children challenged with ADD, Asperger’s, Apraxia, and Autism. Although Angela has received many awards and achieved many accomplishments, her greatest reward of all is giving her students the opportunity to have an artistic outlet like dance.
